We had a poster on here a few weeks ago that claimed that he found out through Ancestry (or one of those services) he had a son with a one night that was now a grown adult. The poster was also married with his own children.

We keep asking, "Does it really matter?" while we willingly give away more and more of our privacy. Where does one draw the line? Hell, there are people who love the idea of having an RFID chip implanted in them. All for the sake of "convenience".
Now, anyone who says, "Maybe all of this isn't such a great idea." faces some amount of backlash and is called a "conspiracy theorist".
And that isn't even taking note of the fact that these companies regularly have security breaches. But, rest assured they are working diligently to insure the safety of your "data".
