Lawsuit for what? They're would have to be a pattern of harassment.

Tell boss that if he thinks she’s a liar, he’s bad at reading people in a job interview.

Disciplinary action for parking in a handicap spot legally.

Try it and see how it works out for you.

Compliment her on her bravery and willingness to proceed normally with her day-to-day despite having a handicap.

She’ll either say “thank you” and tell you what it is, she’ll say she doesn’t have a handicap and your work here is done, or she’ll think you’re a fricking weirdo and walk away.

Probably has TDS. You wouldn’t know unless you talked to her for a minute or so. And yes..... it’s real and it’s a handicap.

Recommend she be fired post haste! Put it in writing. Hand her and the boss signed originals. Have at least 5 witnesses.

Who said anything about disciplinary action? He's just looking into it, impotently.

...and there is your harassment. Are they impotently looking into everyone else and their parking habits?

That is how the EEOC works over handicap and die-vur-suh-tay issues.

There is also that little thing called the Americans with Disabilities Act .

Tell your boss to do it if it bothers him/her so much.

Or, simply have HR do a driving record background check

Tags are transferable. I use my moms all the time. Too many amateurs on this site.

When you issue a temporary handicap tag in Louisiana, it is good for one year. She could’ve had some type of surgery 6 to 9 months ago and is still using the tag. Pretty shitty but not illegal

Pull her resume.
Ask her last employer for “references” work performance, etc.
Use a fake name if your worried about the hammer.

I went to school with a girl who had had brain surgery and had a handicap tag. You would have never known unless she told you - but just FYI you never know. So.. I'm not sure I'd open that can of worms

There's another similarity that these sloths share. I'll let you figure out what that is.

Tell your boss that you're not going to violate the Americans with Disabilities Act on his behalf.

Assuming she can perform all of her job duties, you could potentially get yourself in some serious hot water by questioning her disability.

If you really want to get to the bottom of it, you had better do it off the work site and off work hours. Maybe see if she parks in a handicap space at a grocery store and call in an anonymous complaint. Sure as frick don't do it at work.

If I was you, I would stay far away from the situation.
