California deserves the floods and droughts because they voted for them.

When they are tired of floods, then droughts they can change this with just a team of bulldozers.

A risky stance to take when failing pumps abound.

California and those that continue to choose to live there deserve everything they get. Don't frick with Mother Nature (and not the same as make believe climate change).

You're in the Tampa area and almost got leveled by Ian last year. What makes that better. Doesn't matter where you live, Mother Nature will eventually find you.

So they complain for years about a lack of rain, and outlaw ICE vehicles because of global warming.

When the natural weather patterns reverse now they are going to blame global warming for torrential rains and floods.

Shame on CA and all of America that have swallowed this stupid narrative.

The affected counties voted for Trump.

Sometimes a lake just wants to be a lake. Nothing more and nothing less than just a good ole Lake. I think of all people, Californians should empathize that this particular area of land identifies as a lake.

Californians: "We need water, desperately!"

*God gives them a giant lake*

Californians: "This is a disaster! Think of the property values!"

More interested how they drained a natural lake when they are so dependent on water for their ag production in that area

We’re the ones laughing when we don’t have to pay $1.3 million for a house like this:

With the growth of remote work, they're swiftly moving south and turning 3-400k houses into 6-700k houses. It won't be long before they replicate their collective idiocy across the south.
