I pulled my quad playing rec league soccer last Wednesday at 37 (will be 38 in a little over 4 months).

Definitely warm up for more than just 10 minutes right before.

Yeah, I am in law school during the evening and every once in a while, we will go to Cooter Browns after class and after checking everyone else's ID the bouncer always looks at me and says, "you're good".

Will I still be one at 46?

Yes, until your wife pounds you into submission and loads of debt.

Warm up good before working out.

Don’t booze to the point of hangover.

Make sure you have enough money saved for retirement.

If you find a pair of pants you like buy ten of them.

I am 37, and I have had a sore elbow for like a month. No clue how or why it is sore.

53 here. I still feel young. When I look at fb I can't believe I went to high school with all those old people on there.

I'm 48, but the wife is 29 so I can't answer that question.

Your 40’s are prime time. Just remember you aren’t 20.

How are you dealing with her banging the early 20s guys, biding her time to leave you when the kids turn 18, and taking 1/2 of your stuff?
