The lead singer of ACDC invited you to go drink with him at an Irish pub and you said no.

I can't wrap my head around your decision.

Saw Josh Brolin at my local Publix and he had like 4 cases of Budweiser in his cart. I talked with him for a few minutes and he told me his wife was at her parents with his kids for the weekend and he was going home to drink. It was like 11:30 AM. He had a super huge head almost looked like a cartoon character. Nice guy though.

I was at LaTech when the Saints had training camp there so partied with a lot of them. Watched Ironhead Haywood and Earl Campbell smoking something parked behind the dorms where some trees overhung the one way road shading it. Biggest arse of the team was the punter, almost all the defense was really cool.

Knew Tommy Morrison and wrestlers dating back to the late 60’s when Steamboat Sam lived across the street and used to have the guys over to practice in his garage.

Partied with Blink182 at a club in Tulsa when buddy and I randomly ran into them. Fun night!

Bun E Carlos of Cheap Trick can be an arse while the rest kinda go out of their way not to.

There’s lots more but enough for now.

My boys at 10 and 12 years old were huge Tampa Lightning fans. (Born/raised/live in Louisiana..have no idea how that started). Christmas and birthdays were the Lightning helmets, jerseys, gloves, sticks, ect. One year I bought plane/game tickets for us to catch them in Nashville vs Predators. Checking into hotel.. lady receptionist sees my boys dressed in Lightning gear and whispers “I’m not supposed to tell you this but the team is staying here”. They both smiled from ear to ear. Later that afternoon as we’re leaving hotel heading to game.. the team is doing the same. We cross paths in the lobby and boys whispered “ Look daddy!!! That’s Lecavalier!!( their favorite player). That dickhead walked straight toward my boys(who both had on his jersey…eyes big as silver dollars). Shook his head, looked away and kept on going. Couldn’t spare 5 sec to sign their jersey, say hi, thumbs up, anything? . Next player walking by( not star player) stopped and high five’d. Laughed and took pic with them. I think his last name was Roy.

Vijay Singh is the biggest a-hole celebrity I’ve encountered live.

He was about to try to snake a parking spot in Ponte Vedra but the other driver was there waiting first and pulled in the spot. He got out of his car and acted like an a-hole about it and even pulled the don’t you know who I am card. The other dude said no and carried on with life leaving Vijay there alone looking like a fool.

Hate that guy.

Hung out with a bunch of Food Network people at a charity dinner. Most were pricks... very stuffy. None of the big names, which makes it funny that they were so full of themselves. I stopped talking to anyone and took advantage of the open bar.

Met Colin Hay (Men at Work) after a show he did at the Manship. Really cool guy. Hung out for about ten minutes or so just shooting the shite.

Hung out with Incubus behind the Varsity. They gave my friend a pass to get in because he was underaged.

Got hammered with several of the dudes from Jackass at whatever the random bar as at the time at the casino downtown. Don Vito kept groping the ladies who were taking photos with them. Dude was nasty.

Jeff Monson is cool and apparently use to hang in Baton Rouge. One Saturday night i went to Nagoya on Sherwood, thought it was him, googled him, saw that tattoo on his neck.

After that i calmly walked up next to him as he was grabbing some crunchy rolls and asked if he was the snowman. To which he just replied "yes, i am" Dude chatted me up about his wrestling as a kid in Michigan. Told him i was honored to meet the man who used the north-south choke to win a match.

Crazy to think of Monson now because he has apparently defected to Russia. Wild times.

Mine is as expected.

Henry Rollins……saw him at the gym and just acknowledged him (no approach) and he totally blew me off with a scowl.

That said, one big pet peeve of his is people approaching at the gym. So, I didn’t hold a grudge.

Will Clark refused to give autographs to any kids at the Astrodome circa 1989

My brother got Will Clarks autographs around that time at Busch Stadium. Whole shitload of kids yelling "hey Will!"

My brother around 8 years old, yells "Mr Clark!"

He comes over, signs for my brother and leaves.

Have manners kids.

Too many to recall growing up in Vegas. In a very literal sense Caesar's and the Stardust were my babysitters. A lot of mentions of wrestlers and I haven't ran across one a-hole. Back I the day our Lafayette store had a great relationship with WCW. They would either come in or go partying with us after their show.

I met Ricky Jackson in Winn-Dixie in Destrehan when I was about 4 and anytime we saw him in the store after that he would always call me by name.
My grandmother waitressed at Dragos and had Joe Horn over to her house to sing happy birthday for her about 12 years ago.
Met Mark Martin through a friend of my grandpaws while we were go-kart racing in Daytona. All were great people.

But as said before Frank Davis is quite possibly the biggest a-hole I've ever come across in public.

My dad took us to the Astrodome to see the Giants when they were in town. He smartly brought a Jesuit pennant with him. Clark saw it while warming up, gave my dad the "wait a minute sign", then came over later and signed everything we had. Was very polite and called my dad "sir" which now being 40 I understand why it annoyed him then

Very pretty gal from my high school was waitressing in Hawaii when Arnold and others shooting a movie came into eat.

He flipped a loaded food tray onto her to get a laugh from the rest of the crew.

a work competitor (but friend) used to run a kitchen at a resort in Aspen and Arnold frequented it yearly and he had absolutely nothing nice to say about him.

WHen he played for the Cowboys, Tony Dorsett had the reputation of being prickly at times. He sat on a plane from Austin to Dallas (along with a few other players, I think they had been at training camp in the area). Dorsett was super nice.

In the 80's, a well known male actor who was a big fan of redheads unsuccessfully hit on my soon to be wife LOL. I was at the party.

Met woody Harrelson in Atlanta when he was in town to film Zombieland. He is a huge hockey fan, and he had rented an hour of ice time at a local rink just to dick around and play a jeans and skates game. Got the employees out on the ice to play with him. High as balls, but really nice guy.

Met Sander Levin (D, Michigan) on a flight once. Raging a-hole.
