Met Billy Maritn at a hotel bar in DFW. He was by himself and my wife recognized him first. I told my wife I didn't think it was him so she whispered in his direction "Has anybody told you, you look like Billy Martin?" He smiled and said "Everyday..." We invited him to have a drink with us and spent the next hour exchanging stories about hunting, fishing and of course, baseball. He thanked us for his drink and told us he had to get up early as he and another gentleman were on a scouting trip and he didn't want to oversleep.
He was a perfect gentleman and a complete opposite of what most would associate him to be from his Managerial days in MLB.

I was in line behind Herm Edwards at Starbucks in IAH. I didn't try to talk to him.

I was in Omaha for work in 2015 or 2016. (rep for a major manufacturer of agricultural machinery). I ran into Eric Crouch at a restaurant. Very nice, friendly guy. Shot the breeze about Nebraska football and LSU football. Mainly, he was saying the Fournette was the best running back that he had seen in a long, long time and, at that time, Fournette was his Heisman choice.

I met UFC fighter Brandon Vera when we were in the Air Force way before we was even in MMA. He looks like a typical brash jock but was the complete opposite. Very nice guy but again, it was before any of the limelight.
I ran into Scarlett Johansson at Wal-mart when her and Ryan Reynolds lived here. She walked in with a buggy with these huge sunglasses and bright outfit. She took about five steps into the store and saw me looking at her, left her buggy and walked right back out. A guy I went to high school with worked with her on her first album and he said she smokes like a freight train.
Another UFC guy, Tim Credeur. Saw him last week eating out and dude is easily 300 lbs now.

We kicked LSU's arse every time we played them. What have you done?
You could have told him "well Mr. Greene, I watch LSU games from the stands or on tv, which is the same as what you've done considering you've never played against LSU......sir, so how about i get a ride on that golf cart"

Rules, on the OT?
I see no pics
As to "celebrities" I have been around my fair share but a certain former POTUS was the worst in real life. In the age of Reality TV (odd as it is all scripted) lots of divas and D List types who act like they are A List. I do know who some of the recall cool ones are but part of working for the really rich is keeping their privacy sacred (even the a$$holes).

Gregory Peck walked up, said we were with him. Sat at his table and had one hell of a great time.

Honestly, if she would have dressed normal, or maybe in sweats and a hoodie, I wouldn't have noticed who she was. She was legit decked out in a bright outfit, big sunglasses, big earrings, jewelry, make up etc, like she was looking to get noticed.

Partied with the piano player from the E Street Band one night in B.R. during the holidays. He was dating my cousin. Rode around in a Alpha Romeo one night in Singapore partying with a bunch of F1 Asian drivers who were there racing. The next morning while boarding my flight they come walking onto the plane and one of the hot Asian girlfriends that were hanging with em gave me a big hug before she sat down. Another CSB. Saw the Jazz play the 76's in an exhibition game at the Gulf Coast Coliseum back when they were still in N.O. Brought my Canon and took pictures of Dr. J., Collins, Toney, Pistol Pete and several others. Didn't interact with any but they didn't mind me taking pics either.

I might be interested in seeing SJ engaging in sexual congress at a WalMart. Better than watching most of "The People of War Mart"

I know Dan Fouts. My stepdad is his brother's best friend. Dan is very kind and sent me a wedding gift.
I hand lunch with Adam Carolla. He seems autistic and closes his eyes when he talks, but he is cool and down to earth, and very clever.
Met Tom Segura and Bill Burr briefly. They both were cool and exactly how they are on stage.
Me and a bunch of my friends hung out with Maxwell (R&B Artist) for a few hours and had drinks in the lobby of a hotel in Tacoma. We didn't know who he was and he was more interested in our military experiences than anything else.
I hung out with BG and a bunch of other rappers at a club outside of New Orleans. My friend was shooting videos for them. I gave BG some lean.
I met Webbie at Circle K on Coursey. He had a huge grill in his mouth and sunglasses on. He had double parked his H2 Hummer in the parking lot and was buying a pack of cigarillos.
My mom was Nick Saban's tax accountant when he was our coach. I never met him but my mom said he was a dick.

Shite, I forgot two
I met Michelle Obama when I was on a POTUS Support Mission to Cuba. She got off of Air Force One, approached us and said "Stay out of trouble".
Played a pickup basketball game at a park in BR with Charlie Ward. If you have ever played against a professional athlete, they are just different.

Will Clark refused to give autographs to any kids at the Astrodome circa 1989.
This happened to me in the 1990's with Jeff Bagwell. He was by himself and sped off in a gay arse little benz.
Craig Biggio on the otherhand came out about 15 minutes later in a F150 4 door with his entire family in tow. He got out and signed at least 50 balls.
Class act.

Sat next to Carrie Fisher on a plane. Exchanged pleasantries. No Star Wars talk.
Pumping gas in Westwood near LA ran into Sidney Potier. Very nice. Got a pic with him.
Met Carl Lewis at an airport. Signed something for my kids. Afterward said they had no idea who he was.

I was behind Ali Landry once at a convenience store. I didn't try to talk to her, but she was very polite to the guy running the register, who of course tried to flirt with her.
She was really, really impressive in person. You have NOT seen hotter chicks in the quad. Not even close
.
Saw Jim Henderson at the Quizno's by K-Mart in Mandeville once. I said something like, "what's the word, coach?" and he gave me a nod and a smile.
