Isn’t using a video camera against Amish anti-tech creed? Must be Mennonites!

There's a few around Lake Charles. I saw some women in their bonnets at Academy sports one time.

There is a community of them past Gillis along 171. They have catfish ponds. The girls will line up behind a chain link fence and wave at the cars going by. Creepy af

Ole Dave knows that we know he gets 90% of his material from Reddit. I'm not sure why he doesn't stay there or bring up new shite here. It's annoying AF to those that do reddit but i guess there is a contingent that doesn't go to that website that appreciates his original content. When I see him on the poli board i know his answers come straight from there. I kinda feel sorry for ole Dave because we can't get to know the real him.

The Amish are pretty much proof of how people built the pyramids.

Just a bunch of men lugging shite around for a long time

Those are menonites. I’m not sure if the difference but I think the menonites are less strict.

I was building a project in upstate NY where there's a large population of Mennonites. I saw about 30 of them build a three-story house down the road from our laydown yard from frame to paint in 4 days. Industrious people!

Those are some hard working people. We get them to pour our concrete. They just show up and work, without all the hollering and what not.

Mennonites in this case, but same principles. The entire families all work together, starting very young.

My sister and her husband had a Mennonite family do the interior of their restoration and addition of a home from the 1700s. Family of 10. They lived in the garage for 2 years years for the build. Even the 4 year old kid was doing work. The dad claimed his 10 year old was a wood working prodigy

When you break down the physics of it, it's really not all that impressive at all.
