I bet she's given out all kinds of shitty legal advice already. Like I've said before, if she ever passes the bar, she'll end up losing her license because she can't help herself. She's going to get overzealous and end up doing some seriously unethical shite.

Was it racially motivated? I think so, but that's life. I would have called corporate and reported it later, but I would have just called the guy I was meeting and told him that we need to change locations. Not giving anyone my money that doesn't want me. That's stupid.
I agree with this (mostly). I wouldn’t have walked out of there in cuffs over something like this.
However, I do get the frustration. If you’re the only black person in the shop sitting around with a bunch of white people who are also sitting around and you’re the only one who is asked to leave, you know what that’s about. You know because it’s happened before. Maybe not a coffee shop, but you’ve been singled out/marginalized/treated poorly/lumped together with tPOS and it just gets frustrating after a while.
Personally, I think SJWs blow these kinds of things way out of preoportion, but on the other end of the spectrum you have people that will bend over backwards to deny that anything is ever racially biased. Those two extremes work like demons to discredit each other and the majority of normal people (black and white) are stuck in the middle getting inundated with their shrill shouting.
TL;DR. This whole thing is something, but a much smaller something than what it’s being portrayed as.

She'll end up working for the PD's office for about a month before burning out and having some kind of breakdown. Private firms won't touch social media presence like that with a ten foot pole.

Fellow white folks:
It's time for us to understand the dire nature of the consequences Black people face when we call the cops on them for every damn thing. We have been taught from a young age that police are there to help us, to protect us, to keep us safe, but that is not the reality of our brothers and sisters of color. The entire institution of policing was founded in slave patrols and though it has evolved, it is not for them what it is for us.

The majority of calls to police in a city like BR are without a doubt coming from black folk. What a retard.

This is my favorite myth that SJWs have propagated over the last few years.
I bet none of them could tell you the origins of that fabrication.

While I somewhat agree with this, no one is making anyone commit crimes. Them sitting there wasn't a crime in any sense of the word. Why it went down the way it did, who knows. They were told that they couldn't use the restroom unless they bought something, could've ended the entire situation by placing an order. Usually if you want respect, you have to give respect.

We have to stop calling the police about everything. Are there good cops? Yes. But how are we to know which cop shows up? I will be the first to admit that years ago, I was the first one to call the police about everything, because my perception was that they would protect us. But now we know better, and when we know better, we have to do better.

One MINOR thing that is now being lost are the facts.
As I recall...
- they had been sitting there without bothering or bothering anyone for some period of time.
- they then asked to use the restroom. They were refused but told they could but only if purchasing something.
- THEY declined to purchase anything and were THEN asked to leave.
- said they weren't going to leave.
- police were called.
Someone please tell me if I have any of this wrong.

And that's what they don't understand. There is an assimilated black population in this city. They have money and power in the classical sense. Old families. There are middle class black people. And there are good poor people. And there's also trash. A lot of trash.
And they don't want to assimilate. They don't want equality. And they will never accept her fricked up looking haircut having arse as one of their own.

Yeah, NBR has a long history of effective self-policing that has been a positive impact in the community.
When you see someone breaking into your neighbor's house, don't call the cops. Go over there and ask that young man why he's breaking into someone's home and ask if there's anything you can do to help his situation.
Posted on 4/18/18 at 12:27 pm to upgrayedd
Maybe even act as a lookout for the young man so he will not be taken by surprise by the police

That is correct.
And at least one person interviewed said she was doing the exact same thing that they were. Sitting in the shop without buying anything.

Agreed. shite, I don't have the time or energy to be everyone's friend You wanna be a weird racist frick? Fine, go be a weird racist frick over there, and Imma keep doing me over here with the normal ppl
I couldn't agree more and think this applies to both sides. You want to be a sister fricking hide in the woods trailer living redneck who hates non-whites? Fine. But don't be coming to town and starting shite I have to deal with. You want to be a BLM black muslim whatever? Fine. But quit blocking the highways, looting and burning down parts of town that cost me tax dollars to rebuild.
I just want to get along with folks and do my shite in peace.

Ok. Did she ask, and was she allowed to use the restroom?
