I was laid off in mid August and not having to work shift these last 2 months has been glorious. There are pros and cons, but my sleep has been amazing and that’s WITH a newborn in the house.

I just walked off 9.

Didnt have time for 18 because it would interfere with my massage at 11, then lunch, then pool lounging time.

Don't worry...OP probably did too and still shot an 82

I do not know one bird that works 8-5.

They fly around at dawn and dusk but they sack out during the heat of the day because they are not dumbasses

Depends on what you do, your income and if you’re salaried or not.

I love my 8-5.
Leave at 7:35, home by 5:20. Can leave early or come in late if needed. Baton Rouge.

Sucks with no job, but you probably got a great severance
Especially since you’ve been with your firm for a while
