If it is your only "nice watch" then the black Black Bay if not then the red. I really enjoy my BBR but the BBN is more versatile. The BBR also limits you in NATO colorways if that's something you like. I definitely prefer both to the blue since it does not have gilt hands/markers.

While the idea of used might not work for you I actually prefer the older non-rivet bracelet with the modified ETA movement vs the inhouse MT5602. They also have the rose vs shield logo. You could come close to getting a black and red for. the price of a new one.

Well, Tudor is Rolex's sister company. So they're obviously going to look similar.

Also, you're thinking of a knockoff of a Submariner. Sea Dweller is a monster compared to the Tudor Black Bay.

And for the OP, you really can't go wrong with either. I'd personally with the black just because it goes with everything. But if you like something different, the red is great too. The copper model is absolutely stunning as one of the posters said above.
