Also, you're thinking of a knockoff of a Submariner. Sea Dweller is a monster compared to the Tudor Black Bay.
And for the OP, you really can't go wrong with either. I'd personally with the black just because it goes with everything. But if you like something different, the red is great too. The copper model is absolutely stunning as one of the posters said above.
I also like the '58 re-issue...but errybody has one:
...and it's too close to my old Zodiac

Both are ugly as frick. But the top one is slightly less ugly as frick.

There are few things in the vintage watch world as beautiful as the patina on an old diver watch.

Why do the minute and second hands look retarded?

Easily the 79220R. Thats easily my favorite Tudor watch.

Yeah, the snowflake hands don't match the dial markers...I would've kept the Mercedes hands on it.

The Snowflake hands are a result of the French Marines wanting more lume output than the original Mercedes hands. Interestingly the Mercedes hands were allegedly not named for the Mercedes Tristar but Mercedes Gleitze who wore an Oyster case Rolex during her English Channel swim in the 20s.
My favorite Tudor of all time is the 9401 Marine Nationale , the example here has a stardust dial and ghost bezel and the strap made from parachute straps.

A "top" or "bottom" answer would have taken less time than your response. Funny, Saints are playing but here you are in this thread.

The lugs on that watch are WAY better than anything Rolex/Tudor makes now.

I think the Pellagos is a better letting watch, if you're set on Tudor.
I owned a Black Bay Blue and never really loved it. It's a chunky watch. I have a Speedy that's the same size in theory, but it wears much better IMO.
ETA: The Pellagos is no smaller, but it looks more refined IMO.

You may be thinking of the Deep Sea Sea Dweller @ 45mm. The Sea Dweller has traditionally been the same size as the Sub. This went all the way through the SD 4000 with both being 40mm for a long time. The most recent 126600 SD is larger at 43mm. The BBs in the OP are 41mm. One reason the BB may remind someone of a SD more is the fact the BB and all the SDs prior to the 126600 do not have a cyclops over the date.
