Not sure the status of the license plate readers, but probably can't have them on the interstate.

They probably can't read the fake temp tags anyway.

Allegedly one of the things the new NYC cop is going to go after. We'll see if it works.

You seem pretty dead set that it isn’t, to be fair.

If this isnt a serial killer then it's gotta be gang initiations.

I'm still trying to figure out what the preferable narrative is supposed to be here.

Was the old 74 year old man (yeah, he sort of did live in the hood, given the home address) part of a roving gun battle? Is that supposed to be more comforting, if true?

I wonder if any test have been done to see if the same gun is used in multiple cases? I’m not a cop, but it seems like a good idea.

I think it is worse than a serial killer. Which is bad. The crossfire incidents seem to be the ones that have witnesses and people talking to the press.

It's just hard for me to ignore all the reports of multiple car shootouts happening then think there is also a serial killer group going around thrill killing innocent people in the same fashion.

But white liberals still want to defund the police and are still worried about white supremacy and Christian nationalism. Just yesterday I heard some Nola lawyers comparing “what’s happening right now in this country” (their exact words) with 1930s Germany.

If the libs were really interested in social justice all the outraged George Floyds protestors should be marching to demand that an old man ought to feel safe driving on an interstate in his city without worrying about getting killed by suspects who are never brought to justice.

Most especially if the old dude recently reported on a criminal in his neighborhood.

You can absolutely have plate readers on the interstate

NOPD has said it isn't the same round every time, but various caliber handgun rounds.

Mr Lsu is a conspiracy nut that leaves out info because he wants there to be a serial killer. He is, or is closely associated, with that wacko journalist who writes in Hammond.

There are witnesses to multiple rolling gun battles on the interstate, but for some reason people are dead set that this is a serial killer.

To be fair the NOPD has not released any information on the caliber of guns used and has blocked Fox 8 from getting any information on the "gang initiated road rage" permeating through the streets. The NOPD also threatened some news reporting agencies to not say the killings were from a Serial Killer so I'll trust the NOPD since they know how to problem solve the homicide game.

Never said it was a serial killer but the frequency and pattern of shootings and killings on I-10 certainly raise that possibility.

I have absolutely never meet or communicated with the Hammond Star journalist other than to say he was doing good work highlighting these incidents. I don't know if its random or the work of a serial killer.

You must work for the NOMCVB because you are going all out to blast anyone who says the word "serial killer" in any context. My previous post btw was tongue in cheek but keep making those assumptions.

It’s mind blowing to me that he’s the only one covering this with any fervor.

As YA Tittle said above, even if it’s NOT a serial killer, it’s a pretty massive issue to have regular citizens being gunned down on the interstate.

Ok one of you that wants this shite solved get it to the internet crime solving geeks, “Don’t duck with cats” types. A lot of retired cops etc help them and they unlimited in the amount of people effort and time they spend on shite. Definitely play up the serial killer aspect.

Doesn’t really fit the profile of a serial killer, much more that of a spree killer but it’s certainly a possibility. He could obviously have more than one type of caliber of handgun that doesn’t mean shite anyone.

They typically like to watch victims die, but maybe he is recording it all.

What do we know about victims?

NOLA.com has a dedicated map with all the locations and linking all the stories together.

The Hammond Star guy linked together a domestic shooting in St Charles Parish with the NOLA shootings, interviewed a guy who was shot up in the East, but never corroborated his story to see he didn't report it, and has been silent on the recent JP shootings.

Also the Hammond Star guy has several other serial killers on the loose in South La.

I see changing street names really did wonders.
