Amazing. I grew up in Lake Charles never saw a noose. Fast forward to 1995 working in Casper Wyoming for Marathon Pipeline and the first actual noose I see is on a welding contractor crew truck from Alabama. In Wyoming. With two black helpers. Strange.

I like how the article has 3 different zoom aspects of the same picture of the FBI guys, but none of the nooses in question.
