Being that this is the third multi-victim shooting in 24 hours, summer is off to a bang.

Thanks, Mitch

How is anyone left in New Orleans east? I swear it seems like multiple people are shot there everyday.

I'm sure there's a perfectly good explanation for all of this.

I'm still waiting for an honest and current crime/shooting statistic showing the racial breakdown of the ones that are shot and or killed.

We all know the answer here, but no one will come out and address the root of the problem head on.

Actually, I have multiple friends who live in the East who make more household income (Doctors, attorneys, etc.) than me, and they choose to live in the East.

Every time I go to their homes for parties and get togethers, I have no clue how they do it.....and I was raised in the East.

Yea good luck trying to find that. It would be funny to see just how much it doesn't mimick the overall demographics of the city.

This will keep happening and progressing until the black community starts truly focusing on the root cause of the problem instead of pointing fingers and blame at " the man ".

If it was contained to the "hood" and no innocent people were hurt, so be it.... let the animals kill their self out and when we get down to a few. Lock them up and throw away the key

Does anyone have a link the Mitch's email. I want to send him a email every time the "citizens" commit outrageous crimes. We have had numerous carjackings, murders and shooting just this weekend...in others words its just early summer and NOTHING has changed.

He needs to know that his plan, his legacy and his office is a complete failure to the real taxpayers.
