6 oilfield baws laid off in my building today.

2 geologists

1 petroleum engineer.

3 drilling superintendents.

Thought the oilfield shite was getting better? Apparently not in Laffy?

Lagcoe is leaving Lafayette, and moving to NOLA. Probably not a big big deal, but more evidence that the Lafayette area is not, and likely will not recover & return to past glory in the O/G industry.

The only good news is that 4 of the 6 came to see me about rolling over their 401k's.

This, our midland location can't keep up with the demand. That area is busy as hell.

In the process of bidding like 10 wells in deepwater right now. Literally more than I've turned in quotes for over the last 4 years combined.
