To me it’s uptown or GTFO of the state for good, no old Metairie and sure as f not looking to move to the north shore.

Yeah I've got about 3-5 years left in the area then I just want to get damn far away from this shithole state.

It’s crazy how fast the City has rotted since the 2015 or so peak of post-Katrina renaissance. LaToya has done work.

Yup. 2010-2015 was probably the best nola has ever been in my lifetime. Now it's starting to approach the worst it's ever been. For like 80 different reasons I don't see the trend reversing.

I no longer stop at red lights ins Orleans parish unless the intersection is busy. I’d rather take the minuscule chance of a ticket then getting shot.

That woman in the Mercedes SUV recently was damn lucky she wasn’t killed.

Have they found those two cûnts yet?

frickin hardass here. I feel sorry that your parents still have to put up with an openly racist 31yo neck beard in their forever home in Central. Don’t you have some memes to go post on the proud boys fb page?

Da Destroya said the best is still to come. I guess this is her idea of the best.

Is there a map that shows where all of these are taking place or is it safe to assume that they're all pretty much happening in Orleans Parish?

I really hope you don't take out this rage on your man when he gets home from his shift at the coffee shop again. This NOLA violence has got to end. I'll pray for him.

BTW, where's that Sao guy who was previously trying to argue these numbers were "insignificant."

The numbers don't lie. This is statically way overblown...

Exactly. When it was easy for me to ignore living Uptown when it was in bad areas or things like car break ins in Lakeview, but this last weekend string of events really set me over the edge. No longer feeling safe Uptown is the nail in the coffin.

I got towed in NOLA before, and it's an annoying experience, because they'll put up a small arse sign saying "hey can't park here today" and then just tow all the nice cars that park there.

I used to watch the tow people while having beers at breweries, and you could tell they were only towing the cars that they thought were owned by people who could pay. It was insane.
