I would love for all of us to deal with a world where pigs with an IQ over 100 existed.

To be fair, I depend on myself for protection. Either by being capable myself and or avoiding bad situations.
Frankly, calling the police for help has never crossed my mind my entire life. Granted worst situations I've been in are being in a bad neighborhood at night or a bar fight, but police assistance is just not something I would ever think of.
Now, traffic violations, arrests for drinking, being worried I broke some law somewhere sometime that I could be hassled for brings the police to mind.
I'm not saying cops are without use, but Ive never been helped or asked for help by one and they have cost me plenty of time and money over the years as tax collectors for petty crap.

Yup. Have you ever hung out with a retired cop? The first time an exchange like that happens in real life fist are going to fly because he's going to be butt devestated he can't rely on the badge and drum up bullshite charges.
