Cause in the last 10 or so years both NOLA and Shreveport schools started taking out of state students (a small percentage, but some) for the extra influx of cash. They pay about twice as much.
Previously there were only a few exceptions for out of state students (child of alum, md PhD, and such).

It’s Green Hills, close to Belle Meade but not Belle Meade. Green Hills Mall is not far from the scene, and Hillsboro Pike is a major throughway.

I live off Sneed Road. Very close to me as well. Still Green Hills gets ghetto traffic at the mall, that shitty metro school, tons of fast food and gas stations. People that can afford that area aren’t working these jobs or attending that school

Sounds like she was shot while resisting. At least that will give her the probability of surviving. If they had been successful in taking her she would be dead, like that woman in Memphis.
