Pampers - the diaper company - is installing diaper change tables in 5,000 men's rooms over the next two years.

As a dad, I can remember when my kids were in diapers... it was a PITA to change them when I was out in public with them. The vast majority of men's rooms didn't have changing tables, so I would have to do it on the floor. The diaper bag has a pad in it, but still, the floor is disgusting.

This is one type of "equality" that is really needed.

Before I had a kid, I swore I saw changing tables in mens rooms all the time.

My little girl just turned one and I have yet to see one. I always end up changing her in the backseat of the car.

frick all that, not changing my child on a bathroom floor, pad or not. Will use a restaurant booth or table before I go that route.

My kids were past diapers before this became a thing. Seems to me that a public place to change diapers would be unbelievably nasty.

Shoot, I was in the diamond club at Minute Maid for the LSU game 3 or 4 years ago, no changing station in the men’s room?!? I was thinking , “ if that ain’t the one here, I doubt there’s anything in this entire park “.

Is this supposed to be a negative? As a single dad these things were a godsend

I have definitely changed my boy's diaper on the counter before when a changing station wasn't available. Have not used the floor.

I honestly prefer this over using a changing table in public. Those changing tables have to be nasty as shite

I understand. I always thought my girls deserved at least a shred of privacy when having their diapers changed. No doubt that privacy came with a bit of a cost in the form of having to use a floor.

Really sad that feminism is taking over society. Real men don’t change diapers

This is very much a good thing. We need more of these in mens rooms.

Step 1: Identify as a female

Step 2: Walk into the women's restroom

Step 3: Change said baby diaper

Step 4: Profit

My wife bought these little paper cover things by the caseload and kept some in the bag. Put it down on the table, changing pad on top of that. Change diaper, clean pad if needed, put pad away, throw paper cover away.

Going out to the car to change the diaper isn't always possible without a tremendous amount of effort and time.

Being an upcoming Dad, pretty relieved at seeing this. Couldn't imagine having to change a diaper on a public restroom floor.

The struggle is real, hopefully, you will have to deal with it a lot less than we had to.

Maybe they should put tampon dispensers too since were putting things that only women should use in men’s bathrooms

I'd like to see each one of them equipped with sanitizing wipes to clean them off before using them as well.

Seems that family type places would make one that was apart from the bathrooms. Like a stand alone area with supplies and the like in there.
