This is what they’re giving people at the remedy room.

The amount of vitamin c that they advise is literally undoable since it interferes with my daily life.

That’s interesting about sunlight and htn. My husband is a farmer and was just diagnosed with it and had to be out on meds. He’s in the sun more than the average person.

advising me to take 500 mg of D3 daily as a possible preventive agent for Covid 19, and if you get Covid then like 2000 mg of C every 8 hours.

I've tried giving my wife several centimeters of Vitamin D every day but she keeps refusing to take it so I'm going to give her a couple kilos of C4.

Some of excess vitamin c gets turned to oxalate. If you have an excess of calcium as well, when the kidneys filter it out and concentrate it to make urine you have a heightened risk of the two meeting and forming the insolvent calcium oxalate, aka kidney stones.

I mean thats accurate if you are eating a bunch of C pills, but it's not a worry at all if you take what you are supposed to

I need to find some zinc.

I good thing I started this last week, shite has hit the fan here in our area of Mobile, my wife has been exposed and sick, my kids have half a dozen friends each with it, I am getting exposure calls or emails almost daily and just found out I was snapper fishing all day Friday with someone who just tested positive. 3 of our friends just tested positive, 2 visited last week. We are barely going out at all, wearing N95 mask, bathing in antibacterial lotion, but doesn’t matter. You can’t prevent catching this shite here too many people blowing it off.

It’s just a matter of time now, took my wife to testing center today I guess I will go tomorrow as I have freaking headache and fever now. Probably from being told this. ( I still think I had this in February but may not matter)

Oh and for you kids, Healthy 18 year old friend of my daughter had heart attack and is on ventilator. Didn’t think it was Covid 19 at first but she is positive.

Until we have deaths here of people that everyone knows.......

Taking supplements of around 1000mg a day doubles the risk at minimum.

Person whom I was replying to was talking about 4000 mg a day....and I imagine the growth of impact isn’t linear.

This.

Take supplements, along with drinking the amount of water you are supposed to, and you’ll be fine.

Trying to go scorched earth, especially if attempted preventatively , against COVID with tactical vitamin C nukes is a different scenario entirely. It’s worth meationing your body actually needs <100 mg/day.
