I had a 74 Chevy in high school that looked just like that. Same lift and tint but white. Miss it but not the 4 mpg.

Headed up 71 the other day and there was a sheriff one car behind me, there was an a-hole in a mini van ahead of me driving like a nut making multiple dangerous passes in a no passing zone. He got far up ahead and I didnt think the sheriff ever saw him. Sure enough we get to South Bossier to the first lights and this dumb frick is right there with all of us. As soon as mini van baw turns on the Parkway sheriff baw manuevers in behind and lights him up. I loathe aggressive drivers. High indication of a very low IQ

That’s cause you have the 6.2. The 5.3 is capped at 99

This list (especially #13) is full of crap. Anyone who lives near the 380 corridor in Denton/Collin county can attest that there is no way a car can get up to 144 mph in that bumper to bumper traffic.

80 mph is about the limit there with the red lights and excessive construction vehicles. I make that drive every Monday at 8:30 am and it’s usually 60 mph when you can get around all the work trucks.

I’ve never understood why so many posters on TD hate those cars.

This is the most impressive to me. 141 mph in a F150? No way that’s stock, right? I’d like to meet this baw.

I'm surprised none of these are on the Tollway to go around Austin.

The speed limit on that road is 85mph, and if you are driving at that speed you're impeding traffic.

Not one on US 287 between Denton and Amarillo? Guess the cops would just as soon shoot you and bury body and car in the plains.

Vehicle: 2022 Chevrolet Corvette

Traffic: Light

Notes: Had a special plate on vehicle that does not return to that vehicle

Next to me. Saw 12am. That explains the “light traffic”. This 2-land road connects Katy to Rosenberg. 12AM is about the only time you’ll ever find traffic light on this road.

Ironically also the most likely vehicles to be traveling in the left lane at 8 miles under the posted speed limit and not moving over for anything or anyone.
