I keep hearing 50 is building this and that in Shreveport for the past couple years, but has anything actually broken ground?

Yeah, Shreveport has become a sh*thole, but it's my sh*thole. I was born and raised in Shreveport back when only two neighborhoods had culture- Allendale and Cooper Road and the latter wasn't even incorporated in the city back then. Back in the day Cedar Grove, Southern Hills, Western Hills, Queensborough, Sunset Acres, Hyde Park, etc were all great, safe neighborhoods. 50 might not be able to bring any improvements to the city but i support his efforts. He's putting his own money where his mouth is. And Shreveport crime is ridiculuos but let's be honest, Baton Rouge is worse.
