Doesn't matter how good some can hide it. A hit ain't really measured to a T. One could be way stronger than the next. And if there are more handy you are much more likely to keep eating them when you already trippin

How does one that’s tripping keep that under wraps aboard an aircraft carrier?

Plenty of storerooms and other places to hide.

I..err I mean people...used to microdose or take small doses in college before class or going out to the bars and people would have no idea.

Fourteen of the fifteen sailors initially under investigation worked in the carrier's nuclear reactor department

Nukes... the LSD probably made them less weird than normal and gave them away

I regret I have but one upvote to give...

Sounds like an episode of NCIS

Military Drug rings happen all the time. We had a cocaine ring busted at the sub base in Groton while I was there.

What's the big deal? Its just a nuclear reactor. Rods go in, and rods go out. Pretty simple.

I’ve got a friend on the Reagan right now. Thankfully he isn’t a nuke.

Damn.. 14/15 sailors involved were Nuclear Plant personnel.

I'm guessing Machinist Mates. The ETs are filled by a bunch of nerds who are scared to death of drug use. I know, because I was a Nuke ET and most of the guys in my Dept were straight Dr Who geeks.

Imagine a guy tripping while sitting as RO on watch and riding the shim switch, forcing a fast rod insertion or full scram..

I heard a sea story about a guy who went missing on a a Westpac float. They assumed he was lost overboard. Weeks later they caught him trying to sneak ashore when they docked in San Diego.

When the Enterprise came in for its first major overhaul, they found an entire machine shop completely enclosed by bulkheads.

Construction crews forgot to cut an access door to it when they built the carrier.

Something similar happened last year. Dude was hiding in some storeroom or something and his family was already notified of his death.

Couple of us dropped acid in Iraq. I don’t recommend it and we were experienced. Got a ten strip for three dollars though.
