I could read this 3500 times and still laugh.

I ran it at that NFL Experience fan thing they have at the convention center when we're hosting the Super Bowl. Considering there's some 300 lb offensive linemen who run 4.9's, I thought for sure I could hit 4.7 or 4.8. Ended up running like a 5.3

I have a car so I don't have to run 40 yards.

This combine had an offensive linemen run the 40 at 5.03. That's fast for a big boy. That's fast for anyone really
This. Breaking 5.0 once your're north of 28 is damn near impossible unless you could do it comfortably before that time and you kept your shape.
If you ever want to win some money, bet your local ex stud braggadocios type $100 if he can crack 5.0. Thank me later.

I ran a 4.5 in high school.
Currently 30, 5'10" 170. I stay active with running and playing sports. But I do drink a lot of beer. I bet I could get 5 flat

I ran ~4.8 in high school.
I'd probably run a 5.6 now if I didn't collapse beforehand.
6'5" 170 in HS, up to 210 now.

My first year out of law school, there were two partners at the firm I worked for who were both around 45 at the time. They were in a big argument over who was faster and ended up deciding that a 100 yard dash in the parking lot would settle their argument...the race ended with one having a torn calf muscle and the "winner" puking his guts out. It was a pretty funny conclusion to a week's worth of them shite talking each other about it

I hit 4.85 at my peak when I played Dline in college. About 6 years later and I workout about 2-3 times a week. Im in not fatty but definitely not fit enough to play full court basketball shape. I would probably hit about a 5.5 currently.

I run between a 4.45 and 4.65.
Slower time is dragging my cock.
I'm faster if I throw it over my shoulder.

Had neither stepped foot on a football field or track? People think that's an easy distance to sprint because they see Olympians and football players cover it in 10-11 seconds. That's way too long for out of shape 40+ yr olds to be attempting.

Might as well set up the ortho appt now. One of y'all is going to tear something.

We set a date of June 6th for this. I will start conditioning soon. Probably won't matter though

Nope, they were both treadmill warriors and the one who ended up with the torn calf played on the firm softball team, but that's about the only prep they did besides some stretching in the parking lot before the race
