I don't know if this is a really good or bad answer.

Since the US men's team didn't even qualify for the Olympics, I guess I couldn't have done any worse.

The same 40% that say they are healthy enough to not need vaccines.

That’s ridiculous, but I could definitely make the curling team. I was a child prodigy but got caught up in the lifestyle of booze, drugs, and loose women resulting in a lifetime ban

There's no way 60% of men and 70% men under 35, legit think they could compete for a medal. This must be a sensationalized article for click bait. I don't know anyone who would legit think that could medal in olympics.

They could compete, doesn't mean they'd medal or place top 15.

That was my thought when I read OPs title. I can compete in a lot of these events. But, no way in hell would I be competitive. In my prime I probably could have done enough to not finish last in some of the track events that I use to run in HS

Sounds about right. Roughly the same % of posters here don’t understand why BMI applies to them but not DK Metcalf.

That’s about 95%. I had china virus, no vaccine, and did fine. I eventually got vaccinated, but I clearly didn’t need to.

I didn't watch this year, but if they added a masturbation event I could compete. Hell, I'd probably medal.

4%? Really? There are ~90MM Americans between age 18-40. Are you saying you think 4% could compete in the Olympics? That’s 3.6MM people.

Trying to think of a woman's sport I could medal in right this minute and I got nothing. Year of training and removal of this massive wind sail between my legs and I'm sure I could make my way to a podium.

When I was a kid, my family had a croquet set with wooden mallets. I thought I was jack Nicholas and shite. Later, we had a badminton net. Had a ping pong table. We then got a trampoline until my brother’s friend fell on the poles and knocked some of his teeth out.

This is why we should never expect much truth from a survey.
