I’m guessing someone from Sulphur, Moss Bluff, or Iowa, La (cities in Lake Charles MSA) is going to report a stolen bike or weed eater to local police. Meanwhile, someone in NOLA will chalk it up as a loss without reporting it, because they know no one in the NOPD will give a shite.
