It’s very common for the gun control advocates to use all of these shootings for generalized “happens every 4 seconds” value, but then when it comes to racial breakdowns they conveniently leave city streets, block parties, park gatherings, mall parking lots, etc out of the definition of public place for purposes of mass shootings.
