How badly do you need said job? If already employed tell them you want a %25 increase in salary or they can kiss your butt

As in "what day would you like me to start?"

And if they don't, then shite on their floor for wasting their time.

How bad do you want the job?

I talked to a man in his 50s/60s a few years back who told me about how he got hired at his first company.

He really liked the company and wanted them to hire him, so at the end of the interview, he said something to the effect of "I want to make you an offer. I'll come work for you for a month completely free. If you're impressed by my work, you hire me. If you're not pleased with the quality of my work, you don't have to give me the job."

Apparently they were impressed with that strategy and hired him (with pay) on the spot and he ended up working for them for 15 years or so.

Always thought that was a bold approach.

Very bold, especially if it's in leadership, as it would make me question his understanding of labor laws.

Wear your Alton Sterling shirt that has him depicted as an angel with wings. They'll see you as a cultural savant and offer you triple what they had budgeted for the position before you sit down.

If you're going back for a third interview it seems obvious you want the job. No need to ask.

No that would be a rude question. Instead ask them where your office will be and will you get to decorate & pick out the furniture in it.
