Depends on the role. If it's a sales role you'll want to demonstrate some ability to close as to ask for the business. Generally speaking, just make sure that you make it known that you are interested in the role and that you don't want to leave without having all of their questions addressed. Reiterate why you are interested in the job and what you feel that you bring to the table that will add value in the role. You can ask about a timeline for next steps, where they are in the decision making process, etc... but they'll probably just do whatever they're going to do regardless.

It is.
That's pretty much my exact thoughts

Do NOT break eye contact with the most senior employee. Try to blink as little as possible. Your intense focus will impress. Snarl occasionally.

There can only be one final interview.
Seriously, though. Just put on your best face and interview like you did for the other ones. It got you this far. Do NOT ask for the job outright.

Don't forget that you're interviewing them too. If you're working on site, ask to see the space and talk to your team. Ask what the top 2-3 objectives are for your role and for your team in the next 6 months.
If you get an offer, don't be afraid to negotiate your salary. So many people are scared if they do, the offer will be rescinded. That won't happen. Worst case, they'll say "this is the best we can do". Negotiate for extra vacation time at the start. It costs them very little and they'll almost always flex and give something.
Best wishes.

want to make you an offer. I'll come work for you for a month completely free. If you're impressed by my work, you hire me. If you're not pleased with the quality of my work, you don't have to give me the job
They just refer to these as internships now

Team interview, black tie only. It's senior management, bro.

A 3rd interview? Yes, you tell them you are ready to start.

Demand a standing desk and give them your list of pronouns
I think that's how it's done now

Ask them when a decision will be made.
If they say "Soon" or "It's coming", respond with "So is fricking Christmas!"

Whatever you do, don’t take the spelling test. It’s a tarp.

If they need 3 interviews, you are probably not going to get the job
