Girls in college and below identify as bisexual (and to a much lesser but growing extent, transgendered) for attention and in large numbers. This isn't exactly new, but the trends are interesting. The transgendered part is scary though, because there is a barbaric push towards surgery and hormone treatments that can have permanent ramifications for something that for most of these young women is statistically going to be a phase.

I think young women realize that young women are hot. They also aren't looking for a family yet, so they are more likely to be open.
