Because its in a city, there would be more meth dealers and that creates territory wars. So yes it would. I don't care what group of people you are dealing with, that's how it works. How do you think the Italian mob worked before the police cracked down on them and they went "legal"?
If you were any type of threat to anyone else within the mob, you were a target. Same with the Irish mob, Mexican cartels, etc.
But if Meth was as popular in the inner city as it was in rural areas, I don't care who is selling it, the same thing would happen that happened with crack.

Rednecks don't have to squabble over turf because they are spread out. If you don't think a trailer park the size of N.O. wouldn't result in a pretty large number of firearm deaths then you haven't been around red necks
