When you have people like Denise Marcelle, chains banks, and Gravy on your team...frick the honkeys is pretty standard.
If you can’t see that...well it wouldn’t surprise me.

I’m sure it went something like this:
“Sir, I shall not stand idly by and allow you to insult this fair lady! Chivalry is not yet dead, Sir- but perhaps you soon shall be. DEFEND THYSELF!”

Several years ago a single woman and her daughter, living in Spanish Town, were attacked and the mother killed, by some worthless frick who should have been in jail, but instead was told to do something nice like mow a neighbor's yard..
fricking hell...
1. Beauregard Town, not Spanish Town.
2. He was arrested for misdemeanor illegal carry.
3. It was literally his first ever arrest.
4. The ADA dismissed the charge.
5. After it was dismissed and the judge had literally no power to do anything, she told him to go do random acts of kindness because there was nothing else she could do.
6. After he ended up killing someone sometime later, the ignorant want to go make that into something it wasn't.
7. frick this board for putting me in a position to defend her.

So, you were doing exactly what you criticized me for doing...spouting shite out of your arse. Yeah, she’s a great judge. Good to see douchebags like you defending her.

Do you live in BR Chris? If not, STFU. If so, STFU anyway. Roll on out of here and let the adults talk.

Nope, you're full of shite on both counts. I've done nothing but discuss what I know, unlike you. And when I made a small error (stating that it pleaded down when it was actually dismissed), I immediately owned up to it without anyone prompting me to do so. Further, I've never said she was a "great judge". You spouted bullshite, so I corrected it. If you hadn't fricked up so badly, I wouldn't be in a position to defend her. Plenty of things to criticize her for. This simply isn't one of them.
Nice attempt to save face in light of your utter ignorance on the subject, however.

Jackson was arrested in August 2008 at LSU on a firearm charge, which was later dismissed. Then on Oct. 17, 2008, he was arrested by the sheriff's office for entering and unlawfully remaining and simple assault.
From there, Jackson was arrested again on weapons charges in April. He was charged with illegal carrying of a weapon with a controlled dangerous substance. He stayed in jail until July on the arrest. He was sentenced to six months, but was eventually released after working out a deal and getting credit for time served.
This is also what he was booked on, God only knows what he was issued summons for.

The death penalty was made for people like Jackson. Too bad the BR DA’s office worked out a deal for this scum, in return for a life sentence.
It’s a shame the BR streets did not take him out before he killed that lady in Beauregard Town.

Holy shite is she still a judge?

How can you downplay this? Saying it’s a misdemeanor like he was jaywalking and first ever arrest without more context is just seeing it how you want to. The fact is this POS was arrested at 11 years old and then was arrested 9 more time by the time we was 17. Clearly an unstable individual that doesn’t belong in society where he then killed an innocent person.

Yep. Moving family to suburbs of Austin in February. Bee Cave. Great schools, no crime. Born and raised here but frick this place. Don’t want to raise kids here. Going down hard since Katrina.

Christ have mercy...
I’m not seeing it as anything. I’m not saying that the ADA should have dismissed the charges because Aramis was the sweetest little boy ever. I’m saying that once the charges were dismissed, there wasn’t a damned thing a judge could do about it.
Again, lots of shite to go after her about. Telling Aramis Jackson to go do a random act of kindness isn’t one of them. People should stop citing to it as though it’s indicative of a damned thing.
