No, it is 3.6% of those who felt badly enough to seek care, got tested, got a positive result and subsequently died.

You're missing Caddo. It more than doubled from yesterday. Now has more cases than EBR, but still 0 deaths.

My understanding is that a high % of carriers have no symptoms and another high % have minor symptoms. Those people are not getting tested so the 3.6% given the circumstances seems very good.

For the most part, yes. Most people are not being tested unless they think it’s a sure thing.
