Dude, the north is full of fatties. Never see a sporting event with northern competitors where they are showing the hotties in the crowd. Get over yourself.

Bring back fat shaming.

This always gets a massive positive ratio on tOT and within reason, it should. However, the minute some baw mentions he is 6' 215 and someone points out he is carrying at least 25 extra pounds all hell breaks loose.

The ubiquity of morbidly obese people has conditioned the people at the upper end of overweight/lower end of obese into thinking they are fit and trim. This is the more insidious problem because even deep inside they ignore the fact they have a weight problem.

Michigan has the same percentage of obese people as does Louisiana.

fact. If you don’t have visible ribs and abs, you’re probably fat. That used to be the standard

It’s ok, they lift weights 3 times a week so they aren’t truly obese.

Power belly. Also, that's why universal Healthcare won't work.

Our entire food system should be burned to the ground and rebuilt with real consumer advocacy and protection.

We could let the Federal Government manage it and be named the Food and Drug Administration.

We need consumers that make better choices. Nannyism works opposite of that.

Year 2000 Mississippi would be the thinnest state in the union if transported to 2022. Colorado’s claim to fame at this point is the smallest chubby in a bar of heifers.

Well yeah they changed the standards for overweight right around then too. Brought it inline with WHO and European standards or whatever, but that was a big debate in 98 or 99.

Outdoor physical activity is the main difference. Colorado has the most active population. Colorado 83.8

Do you also think that people that are into those things move to places like that?

Especially since a big part of their population growth after weed legalization are millennials that like the outdoors and pot.

Well I would rather them put bans on high fructose corn syrup over “assault “ weapons.
