Thanks Carson, I needed to buy some cheap tires. On Amazon, with tax they were $82 per tire. Went to Ebay, used your code, paid $57.50 per tire. 20% off with your code and no sales tax.

I tried to buy a Nintendo Switch for $260 and I got the same message. I did get the $1 pre-auth on my credit card but the payment could not be accepted.
