We've been to 5 travel softball tournaments this spring from Monroe to Traction to New Orleans and in between.

It's always a run-off for trashiest parents between the team from Columbia and the one from Chalmette.

What is so hard to understand?

He was a person with family and friends who loved him.

His family is strong in their faith and deeply religious. He grew up in a loving environment with amazing God-fearing parents and great friends. He made a handful of bad decisions over the past few years that changed the trajectory of his life and ultimately led to his death and the death of another person. He will be judged by God for that.

But that doesn't mean that he wasn't loved by his family and children. For more years than not, he WAS a great person and that is why "people are glorifying him". I think it is less glorifying him and more just trying to remember the good times.

Remember that every person (no matter the severity of the crime) has a momma - and in this case, she is as precious as they come.

I'll pray for both families. Both are hurting. And the children are suffering the most.

Please don't let Walt escort you to the funeral, he can't even drive. I'll hold your hand and gently wipe your tears.

Maybe they should put that energy toward helping the victim’s kids instead of glorifying a murderer. After all, it was their piece of shite loved one who ended those kids father’s life.

Well Tedd’s Excellent Adventure has come to an abrupt end in a tragically stupid way that will have some children screwed up for the next 75-80 years.

Sounds like a buncha folks up there are glad Tedd’s dead and want a service so they can make sure of it.

Otherwise, there should be no public remembrance of someone who caused such lifelong pain.

Did Tedd let you go arse to mouth with his pistol? Maybe you can reminisce and have a good laugh with Beaux’s kids in a few years about how great of a guy their dads murderer used to be.

How stupid are you? History is full of people that were good before turning bad. It doesn’t change the fact that they turned into monsters and selfishly hurt innocent people. Based on what you people share on Facebook, he’s just a classic sociopath and you’re all fools for not recognizing it. Why don’t you use that energy and go talk privately to someone like the mother of his daughters. She shared a long history of troubling stories with my wife and she was forced to deal with his torment, verbal and sometimes physical abuse. I wish I had known the hell he was putting her through but my wife kept it from me so I wouldn’t go to jail.

Pretty sure his momma is dead so if she’s so swell then he’s not in the same place she is at right now. ??

These "rememberances" are bizarre. Oh he was so great, he was so lovable. All the good shite goes out the window when you plan out and murder a father of young kids in his own home.

Frick that POS. Good riddance.

frick you! Don't pray for this piece of shite. I feel bad for the twins but they never had a chance with this POS as a father.

Being a former "great person" does not make up for driving from MS to LA and killing a man.

I am glad this POS was killed and we don't have to spend a penny on a trial for him. I feel bad for Bailey, not POS.

Soooooooooo, let me see if I got this right. People are only allowed to judge others if it is in a positive manner? Kinda limits the process, eh? So, if I witness a person murdering someone else, but when he was 3, he was a sweet little kid, I have to use that as my opinion of him? Can't have any opinion of him based on the rest of the crap he did?

That's fricking stupid. I like to refer to people who believe that sort of stuff as simple minded and gullible.

I can’t imagine that anyone has more empathy for Tedd’s family and less for the victim’s family. I certainly don’t.

I have not glorified him on his FB page. I’m not going to his funeral. However, I do know his mother (birth mother died a long time ago, but the mother who raised him is still alive) and she and his siblings are amazing Christian people.

I feel like a lot of people missed my point. The two families and all children involved are the ones who need prayer. Tedd’s family didn’t kill anyone and they’re grappling with the impact this will have on his children.

God will judge Tedd.

And yes, the victim’s family and children - I honestly can’t imagine their pain. I’d be the first one to sign up to do something, anything to help them. It’ll be a long road to recovery - if recovery is ever really possible.

YUP!! That has been my experience with a lot of these small nondenominational churches. They will not judge his actions or the damage his murder has caused. They will proclaim him as a brother who was " SAVED ". That's how these mentally ill fricktards roll.
