I had some friends back in college that would have an annual “Blackest White Guy” Party. No one dressed in black face, but it was a sight to behold, and one of the highlights of each year. Is it racist to make fun of the white guys who steal the black guys culture?

I think I'm just gonna go ahead and destroy all of my yearbooks.

This is just the newest wave of faux outrage that is sweeping the country.

I was under the impression “blackface” was a very specific costume, with the clown like white lips exposed, etc. I can understand why this is offensive due to the history behind the costume.
That said, I didn’t think dressing up as a black character with makeup was considered “blackface”. It’s ridiculous what offends people. I am supposed to think Dave Chappell is rascist for doing “white face”? No. It’s fricking hilarious.

And by the way, Ted Danson, did the actual blackface in front of Whoopi Goldberg’s fat arse and she didn’t seem too offended then. Where’s the liberal rage against ole Ted?

This kind of thing wasn't offensive until being offended became hip and trendy.

Of course she couldn't act offended, he was her husband, he would've put on the wife beater and bitch slapped her when they got back home. You know how it is when your wife doesn't laugh at your jokes at the party.
Also he would have withheld the D, Ted was passive aggressive like that.

Apologizing for things we did 30 years ago is brand new. We arent talking slavery or concentration camps.
