He obviously made statements to law enforcement that indicated his guilt. Provided that he is not insane and since they say he was not impaired,I bet it was a half hearted suicide attempt . He probably decided to take himself out in that moment over the drama in his life and accelerated into a random car, knowing that he’d probably survive but would get familial attention for the attempt . With absolutely no regard for human life. A murder steeped in narcissism and emotional dwarfism. That’s my completely random unscientific theory that you may downvote now.

There needs to be quick and harsh justice for this woman and her family.

Got to wonder how fast he was going and what caused the other car to burst into flames. There’s a lot of unknowns at this point. Little early to be calling for his execution.

I never plan to intentionally ram into a cars rear end, but if you had hypothetically asked me whether that would cause a car to explode into flames, I would have said no.

his lawyer will say it was an accident and that his client had suffered an injury from the crash and didn't know what he was saying

are we ruling this out as a possibility? He could have sustained head trauma.

A guy I knew in college is spending 25 years in prison in NY for doing exactly this. He was drunk and intentionally drove on the wrong side of the interstate and drove into a limo leaving a wedding with the bride's family in it. He was a real piece of shite

Pigtails on him would sure make his mouth look pretty.

It could be something as simple as she changes lanes in front of him and he felt like he was cut off.

Maybe. But blow your horn or extend your middle finger. But don't ram into a vehicle at a high rate of speed. Simply no excuse for that type of behavior.

I bet it had nothing to do with the victim.

This snowflake POS probably was mad about something and wanted to cause a wreck to "see who really cares about him"

That's my guess, too. Girlfriend dumps him, he goes all drama lama, and whoever stops in front of him gets hit.

I'm not I am just saying I am sure his lawyer will use that as a defense regardless if he was suffering from head trauma or not...since she is dead does he get charged with a lesser offense anyway...or can it just be an accident?

how can that be proven if he was impaired?

Because he said he was trying to kill himself by driving on the wrong side of the interstate until he hit someone else

But it's not a stretch for the folks saying that "there has to be more to this story"?

No. Saying there is more to a story and making a very specific prediction about a kid he doesn't know are two very different things

Watch the video of the fire in the the WAFB article

It looks like she was driving a Kia Soul or some type of small, boxy SUV. Her vehicle looks like it was propelled 80'-100' from the point of impact.

Dude was driving his truck at a high rate of speed.

I bet she died almost instantly

ETA: Screencap of vehicle on fire
