It isn't. It is universal in its nature....people, regardless of the color of their skin, are unlikely to bear witness against another person when that person is a threat to them and theirs. It has nothing to do with skin color....it is a universal condition of the human race. It could well be that "we" only hear about it from one "culture" because we want to believe that...it ain't so.


Do you sincerely think that white prisoners are more likely to snitch on one another than black prisoners? Why? Because white people are morally superior? It is my understanding that race has little to do with the reluctance of prisoners to snitch on one another....it is all about the repercussions of doing so. The idea that snitches get stitches does not apply to minorities only....that is the silliest notion I have heard uttered. It is EASY to witness a crime in a high crime neighborhood and bear witness to it from a low crime neighborhood....it is an entirely different animal when your house is next door to the suspects house.

You have a VERY valid point. Not to bring up politics but look at the needle moving among middle class black people and the GOP. Black people ARE indeed becoming middle class America and voting accordingly,,,,lower taxes, less regulation into personal decisions (traditional conservative ideas, not what has been pawned off as conservative ideas since the early 1980s). That portion of black America is growing and doing so quickly....to say that black America has less sense of family than white America is simply an insult. MOST black people work every day and take care of their family. They are more likely to be doing so on a thinner margin than the average white person at the same point in life but the vast majority are doing exactly what most white people do and are concerened about exactly the same thing.


As far as social welfare NONE of this happened prior to changes in public opinion about social welfare....in fact black people had existed in the US a LONG time before 1967.....and there was a black middle class. It was not middle class America. It was separate. Black middle class America today is NOT....it is simply middle class America. That ONLY happened because attitudes changed among white people around the late 60s. Pretending that those upheavals have not helped matters is a stupid as pretending it has fixed everything. We have come further since the late 60s, say the last 60 years, than we moved in the previous 360 years....and that movement is gaining momentum, it is not losing ground. All the proof you need is the growth of support among black Americans for traditional conservative ideas and candidates.

Could not disagree more. In fact, a more effective way would actually be much more in line with the Constitution. It would also paint the pro-abortion liberals into a logical corner.

Simply put, no one has a constitutional right to receive federal welfare monies. We need to require anyone receiving relief funds from the government to be sterilized. They have a choice. They want the check; they get their tubes tied. If they want children; no check. Choice in its purest form. Crime rates would plummet inside of one generation.

It would be comical watching the liberals scream how that requirement is monstrous when they celebrate and advocate for child murder daily. The logical gymnastics they'd go through would give them Simone Biles level brain twisties.
