Listens to a podcast this week and this guy had talked about his past work experience and how he had worked on reality tv. He said obviously it was all fake but they want people the producers can control. He said they were doing a reality show on some obnoxious rich woman and they cut ties with her because she got fat and wanted more of a say in her arcs for the season

It’s more about being an ungrateful bitch that was all of a sudden given a very generous budget and if she can’t live within it, she should find a job. At that age if I spent more than my parents allowed me, tough luck it was on me to find a way to pay. So I like many others went out and got a job after school

I guess the message from good parents should be something like, "yeah we all want the good things in life, but we have to have a balance and we all must live within our means; and most importantly, opulent affluence is not the key to being a good and happy person."
Although I'd like to try and see whether extensive wealth and opulence could buy my own happiness.
So, when can I tune in to watch this upcoming Reality TV show? I want to see what she looks like after she has more cosmetic surgery completed.

I unfortunately saw that Dr. Phil episode. Her mom is an apparently a hard-working DDS who made it big because of her entrepreneurial skills and work ethic. Her daughter has the money, but none of those other things. She could never duplicate what her mom did.

I see this misconception all the time. Being smart doesnt mean you will be a good parent, and being dumb doesnt mean you will be a bad parent

Bingo.
Good parenting starts with setting boundaries, structure and loving your kids enough to tell them no, even if that pisses them off.
No amount of intelligence can compensate for the lack of those skills/abilities.
