You're a real deep thinker, aren't you? The point is, if a rich, famous man like Johnny Depp can be witch hunted via the legal process, what chance do you or I have? There were huge legal and societal issues at stake, albeit wrapped in a tittilating and entertaining package.

A UK lawyer said the UK trial should have been a jury trial and all the evidence was skewed for Amber. He said there was a scope for it to be a jury trial.
This trial allowed the full evidence to come out. I am happy Johnny got the opportunity to actually tell his side of what all went down. Amber referenced in her letter she won in the UK, but she wasn't even the defendant there. I am pleased Johnny won.

Before this happened most on the OT probably would have shite all over Depp at the drop of a hat. I wouldn't have given a shite then and I don't give a shite now. Everyone involved would likely be better off if the both of them end up bankrupt.
