Me neither, but I am guessing you and I both know where not to be. I can take you to places in Ellic at night, where I assure you, you should not feel safe

Certainly not enough to be #1 of a list of most dangerous places in LA. That's laughable.

Agree, Bastrop is not that bad. I mean if Jeff Simmons feels comfortable running a mega-outdoor store there, I am comfortable going there. Now Southside of Monroe down by Robinson Place Apts. That's another story.

Exactly. That's dangerous. Like go down there at night and get shot full of holes or beaten to death for being in the wrong hood dangerous. Having an air compressor stole out the back of your truck by a crackhead is not really dangerous to me..

No mention of Ferriday on this list makes it worthless.

I'm glad that those residents play on my high school football team though.

Back in high school my friends and I would go to a drive thru liquor store on jackson street that sold to any age kids without IDing. That is probably the sketchiest part of Monroe I ventured of to in my 18 years of living in the area. Lived in west Monroe and never felt unsafe. Bastrop is just gross. Only thing worth going there for is Simmons IMO.

Every square inch of Pitkin, Louisiana is dangerous. There isn't a spot in Pitkin Louisiana that you can be safe from getting your head knocked off. Guess Pitkin, Louisiana is under 2,500 in population.

Born and raised in Opelousas. There are places in Opelousas that I wouldn't venture day or night. However, I have a hard time believing it is the second most dangers place in the state.

A few months ago we had an attempted armed robbery on Main Street about two blocks from the courthouse

It wasn't attempted, the guy got away with the money and shot the bank teller. Also it is Jackson St. not Main St. Main St. is the Pineville side of the river.

Monroe has it's pockets like most places. The South Side is no longer south of the interstate though but rather south of Louisville / Desiard St.

West Monroe is white people suburbia with Bawcomville tagged on (maybe that's why it made the list?). Boring to me.

Hell the most unsafe I've ever felt I suppose was late at night in an area of Ruston of all places.

Bastrop? I drive there on the way to the hunting camp; seems safe to me. Guess I have never seen the bad side of town...
