"After careful consideration by myself and a couple of other policemen, we've decided our jobs would always be way easier if no one was ever out at night time. We're hereby going to institute a daily 7pm to 6 am curfew for the protection of the good citizens of EBR. I know some people may be slightly inconvenienced, but our only concern is safety.
