That’s what is was.
A kid has grown to dislike a kid, it happens.
The bully got pissed off and threw at a kids head from up close. The kid got hurt.

If the kid had a pre-existing condition why was he participating and were the other students aware of said pre-existing condition?
If the principal was aware of the child’s issue but let him participate in activity that could further harm the child, that falls on the schools responsibility, not the child throwing the ball.

This is what’s so wrong with this place. I didn’t “sensationalize” anything. I first heard this on the news while I was at the gym this morning. I thought it was the perfect OT story so when I got to the office and posted this thread. Did I think it was crazy a kid got charged with assault from a dodgeball game? Yes. But I heard it on Fox News first being reported as a game of dodgeball and after I googled it found several stories talking about a kid being charged with assault from a dodgeball game. The only reason I linked the CBS story was for the simple reason it was the first story on the list. There was nothing more to it than that.
But chodes like you and TH03,who have this warped need to be a dick and play “gotcha” bullshite games, blow shite out of proportion and twist shite around for whatever reason. Just because your assholes I guess.
