I agreed with the flip side of the story and your response was to throw a bitch fit because your version was going down the shitter.

Grow up man.

Let's be clear. You posted half of a story filled with what appears to be mostly incorrect information.

Boy #2, I guess, did not cope with the loss (?) well. Boy #2 proceeded to stand less than a couple feet from Boy #1 and throw the ball they were all playing with directly at Boy #1’s face so hard that it made the recess attendants cringe. After the incident, Boy #2 said, “That’s what you get!” and walked away from Boy #1, leaving him in tears.
That kid can get fricked for all I care

No. That’s called thinking it’s fricking stupid and a waste of time and tax payer money for charging a 10 year old with assault for hitting another kid in the head with a ball. Nothing sensational about it. Ground the kid, suspend the kid, or whip the kid’s arse. But instead of the kid being disciplined like they should be, like kids use to be, now we get the police and courts involved.

If you want entire articles posted talk to the admin that sent me a PM warning in the past telling me to post a couple paragraphs and then link the rest of the story.

This is how it always is if the parents refuse to discipline their kids.

They end up escalating to breaking the law and the police discipline them.

You should be mad at the kid's mom whose GoFundMe you advertised with this thread.

And the fact we’ve reached this point where stuff like this happens and actual parenting is becoming a rare super power, tells me this country is fricked.

The kid had been suspended and the mother either refused to discipline him at home, or it wasn't having an affect.

Either way this county isn't "fricked" because a kid got charged for playing dodgeball. A kid got charged because he intentionally injured another kid when he knew there was a medical condition involved. This all coming after an apparently lengthy history of being a complete shithead.

I played a lot of dodgeball as a kid. It was my favorite game. I got hit in the face a lot and hit others in the face. Never, not one time in years of playing did any of us suffer any injuries other then a scratched eye b/c the ball was soft rubber. What kind of ball did he get hit with that would cause a black eye and why were they being allowed to play dodge ball with it?

What’s changed is how bullies are handled. We use to teach our kids to stand up to bullies or if they can stand up for others who are bullied. Now though we don’t teach that. Instead we don’t let kids learn to deal with bullies. We do it for them. Kids need to learn how to deal with bullies themselves orvthryll be bullied their entire life.

Sounds like bubble boy shouldn’t be playing tips/dodgeball if this was a preexisting condition. Absurd.

Worthy's statement began by noting that the boy was never arrested, that efforts were made for a resolution before charges were considered and that "no one paid attention (to) the race of either" the suspect or the victim.
