The real crime here is that the school will probably overreact and ban all types of dodgeball games (if they haven’t already) so the other kids at the school won’t be able to play any more

The kid being black had to have played a roll.

Bryce was the bully. Bryce's mom was the one who went to FB and set up a GoFundMe asking for money. Bryce's mom was the one who allegedly refused to work things out with the injured kid and mom.

In 5th grade I had a kid hit me in the face point blank with a dodgeball. Told him if he did it again he would pay. He did it again.
I proceeded to bloody his nose. Got suspended. Dad told the principal to get fricked because I should have done it.
