Where did I support anything? My only point is it’s stupid to file criminal charges against a 10 year old for hitting another kid in the head with a ball on the playground. Punish the child be that suspension, grounding, or whipping his arse. But criminal charges for this? No.

It got a lot of people. I knew I shouldn't have trusted Cameishi and her go fund me. I should have trusted my gut and said there has to be another side of this story.

I copied the title of this thread from the title of the article. And I found out about the story this morning at the gym when they were reporting on the story on Fox News where they said it happened playing dodgeball. This other game, whatever it’s called, came from something someone on Reddit posted.

It was then corroborated by the prosecuting attorney in a 2nd article that's been posted. Yet, still no correction.

No. Just joined a thread late. Read the first page. Made a comment based on the first page and the title of a 10 page thread saying dodgeball.
I stand by what that post said. If that was the situation at hand (which it turns out it wasn’t) I still would place the blame on the student hit and the teacher for playing a contact sport with a preexisting condition.
