Let's welcome WALKER to the party!

1. Hammond
2. Opelousas
3. Alexandria
4. Marksville
5. Bastrop
6. Crowley
7. Monroe
8. Walker
9. West Monroe
10. Leesville

Note: Property theft seems to be the driver here. Not rape, murder (BR and NO specialties)

List is not believable without Welsh in the top 5.

List seems to be weighted to avoid the actual definition of danger

a little town of 6,296 people. In comparison to last year’s numbers, Walker has really skyrocketed in the wrong direction, climbing up nine ranks from the previous year with 938 violent crimes per 100k and 6,872 property crimes per 100k.

I feel like it would be much easier to simply state they had x and y crimes instead of saying per 100k when the town has 6k people

Hell, there are only 5 cities in the state that have 100k people

That implies nearly 1 in 6 was a victim of violent crime and everyone was a victim of at least one property crime.

I don’t believe anything coming from the fbi but I can vouch for Monroe being a dangerous shithole.

That Walmart on Louisville is like a bazaar in Somalia in the EPCOT World Showcase from Hell.

Not one city from the Westbank made the list? That’s disappointing.

I wish they would break New Orleans East out as it’s own city, I honestly think that would be one of the most dangerous places in the world.

I've lived in/around Hammond almost all of my life. This list is complete garbage.

Hammond is so much better now than it was in late 90’s and early 2000’s

Eh, hard to tell these days. I haven't had to mark one on my Meth Lab Explosion Tracking Map

I would walk through any one of those towns butt naked before I walked downtown NOLA with Kevlar.

Well you wouldn't have to worry about property theft.
