Good. Because of the hug a thug consent decree these little frickers run around Orleans Parish doing whatever they want. NOPD won’t do anything-see the shite going on in Lakeview. JPSO will try to catch them and the little bastard takes himself out. Maybe the next little bastard will think before committing a crime. Or at least stay out of Jefferson Parish.

JPSO knows when these stolen vehicles entire the parish. The cameras, instead of writing tickets, pick up the license plates and can flag the ones that are reported stolen. Usually when these POS come into the parish and start breaking into cars they already know the make and model of the vehicle they are in.
