I understand what you’re saying, and if we ranking all the players, then yes, Williams would technically be tied for 10th.

But the 10 interceptions is still the fifth highest amount in the league. That’s what we are saying.

I agree to a certain extent
I really feel it's how Dennis Allen plays him
He is still young

I want to see some more growth from him this year
It will be his 4th year in the system
Interceptions aren't the end all/ be all for me.

I understand what you are saying and will counter with it being a dumb way to use that stat.

The link doesn’t says tied for 5th most INTs?

One guy has 17
Two have 13
Three have 12
Three have 11

Williams and five others have 10

He’s tied for 5th most

You’re telling me he’s not?

Goodness! That is a really dumb way to twist it to try to make a point. I’m done

He needs to dedicate more time to tackling, but as long as he doesn’t want to break the bank, keep.

Yo7ng, experienced, has been a plus overall.

He's an above average safety. I'm all ears.

I’ve said twice he’s tied for 5th most INTs. Are you saying he’s not tied for 5th most INTs over the last three seasons?

Byard has the most INTs with 17

Peters and slay are tied for the 2nd most with 13

Fuller, Howard and White are tied with the 3rd most at 12

Boston, Poyer and smother are tied with the 4th most at 11

Williams, Gilmore, Jackson, Jenkins, and Kazee are tied for the 5th most at 10

You can say 9 people have more INTs than him. As if that’s not impressive

Saying he’s tied for 10th isn’t a knock or discrediting him.

Saying he’s got the 5th highest total achieved is ridiculous

Let him walk. He is good safety but in crunch time he sucks and there is no fixing that. He us either getting paid under the table to make bad plays or he sucks when it counts but he is a detrimental to the team.

the thing is he made an interception in the Minnesota game that put us back into it to begin with. Sure he made the huge goof at the end but we wouldn't have gotten back into that if not for his play. And don't forget the offense had been shutdown for a whole half basically.

recently in the playoffs its our offense that has let us down for the most part.

I think when you look at all the other guys that are up for a new deal on the team it does make it hard on Williams.

if it wasn't i think he'd a no brainer resign.

Williams also made a pick against the Browns late in a game the following year that helped us onto a win.

You’re done with the way stats are actually kept? This board never ceases to surprise as of late.
